Professional Development and Training
During my time as Program Manager at 2SSR, I created a series of professional development and ongoing training videos, writing and producing, for the 'on-air' presenters and new presenters, with credit from many in the commercial radio industry for the level of professionalism.
I had the pleasure of updating the 2SSR Training Manual that has been written by many presenters and members, past and present, to reflect modern radio practices including technology, podcasting and procedures.

Throughout my career I have also developed many training programs and professional development courses for the industries I work in, to not only help train current employees in keeping a professional high standard within these organisations, but to also assist new employees too.
The training materials cover a range of topics from radio production and presentation, podcasting, and podcasting systems. Media training for professionals on camera and behind a microphone, especially in interviews as well as setting up training systems for procedural consistency and development, in social media, graphic design, customer support, documentation, hybrid working (long before covid), systems training, as well as sales and cold-calling conversions.
